Yes. If you don’t find an item at Village Ace Hardware, we can order more than 60,000 items from Ace Hardware. If Ace Hardware doesn’t have it, we can also order items directly from the manufacturers featured in our stores. On average, special orders are available within three business days.
No, we cannot dispose of oil or latex paint. However, we do sell a paint hardener that allows you to easily dispose of latex and oil paints, which must be dropped off at a designated hazardous waste site.
We handle repairs for Hunter Douglas products. There is a shipping charge and a possible repair charge, depending on product age and warranty. Certain other brands can be repaired once inspected by our repair technician.

You may return your purchase to Village Ace Hardware within 30 days. If you have a receipt, we’ll refund the amount of the item(s) in the same way as your purchase. Cash purchases will receive cash. Credit card purchases will be credited back to your credit card account. If you don’t have a receipt, we’ll give you a store credit for the amount of your item. You must use the credit in the store where the store credit was issued.
