About the Store
Our hours are Mon-Fri: 7:00am to 7:00pm; Saturday: 8:00am to 6:00pm; and Sunday: 10:00am to 5:00pm.
Yes. If you don’t find an item at Village Ace Hardware, we can order more than 60,000 items from Ace Hardware. If Ace Hardware doesn’t have it, we can also order items directly from the manufacturers featured in our stores. On average, special orders are available within three business days.
Village Ace Hardware stores accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express.
No, we do not.
Sign up at any participating Ace Hardware store or register online at acehardware.com. Or take a form home and return it on your next visit.
Complete an application and receive 1,000 points. Then receive points each time you use your ACE rewards card, along with Instant Savings right in the store. For every dollar you spend at participating Ace Hardware retail stores, you earn 10 Reward points. Once you’ve earned the $5.00 Reward, it will automatically be sent to the address on your account. You can also sign up for the Ace Rewards website to spend your points online. For questions about your Ace Rewards account, call customer service at 1-866-290-5334.
Gift cards are available in a variety of styles and designs at our location.
Contact the store where the card was purchased. If you purchased the card online, call 1-800-848-4307.
You may return your purchase to Village Ace Hardware within 30 days. If you have a receipt, we’ll refund the amount of the item(s) in the same way as your purchase. Cash purchases will receive cash. Credit card purchases will be credited back to your credit card account. If you don’t have a receipt, we’ll give you a store credit for the amount of your item. You must use the credit in the store where the store credit was issued.
No. Your merchandise credits are always good at the store where they were issued.
About Paint & Design
Yes, we do. We ask that you allow a full day for us to work to ensure a perfect match. It is helpful if you provide a chip of the color you want matched.
No, we cannot dispose of oil or latex paint. However, we do sell a paint hardener that allows you to easily dispose of latex and oil paints, which must be dropped off at a designated hazardous waste site.
Unfortunately, we do not offer paint sprayers for rent.
About Our Services
Yes, we do rent various tools. Please call us with specific requests. (By the way, we do not rent rototillers.)
Customers can rent a power washer for a half day, for a rate of $45, or for a full day for $70.
Yes, we also rent Bissell and Host machines. Prices vary depending on the machine and rental period.
Yes, for about $19.00 per day.
Yes, we can cut many pipe materials (PVC, CPVC, copper, plastic and aluminum tubing) in a custom length for free. We can also cut and thread black iron and galvanized for a nominal fee.
Yes, and we can also cut Plexi-glass in various thicknesses and sizes.
We can recycle Compact Fluorescent Light (CFL) bulbs.
We can. There is a $89.95 two-way fee for local pick-up and delivery. Visit our services page for information.
About Blinds, Shades, and Windows
Yes, our professional installers will measure and install them for you.
Window treatments take 3 to 5 weeks, including arranging for installation.
We handle repairs for Hunter Douglas products. There is a shipping charge and a possible repair charge, depending on product age and warranty. Certain other brands can be repaired once inspected by our repair technician.
Yes, and our typical turnaround time is 7 to 14 days.

Yes, on most major makes and models. There are certain make/model/years that we are unable to cut.
